This segment highlights features on Kisi that we think are valuable and useful and how you can use them to optimize your Kisi system as well!
1. Restrict users to particular doors and access times
Similar to in-app unlocks, you can set up a Kisi Pass to only unlock particular doors. Simply assign the card to the user and put that user in groups with access to specific doors. Check out this article on Groups and Restrictions for more details.
2. Use Kisi Passes across multiple locations or offices
A single Kisi Pass can be configured for use across multiple Places. If you have a user who has in-app access to three locations, his or her Kisi Pass can work at all of those locations as well.
To set the user up for another location, simply add the user with the same email address and card token to the second location. As soon as you update a user’s access, their card access will update automatically as well.
3. Easily assign a card to a user
Kisi Passes can be assigned to a user very easily using a token printed on the card. It can also be disabled without any hassle. All these can be done with a few clicks on the Kisi admin panel.
